Introduction
The Manigandam Panchayat Education and Village Development Society is a voluntary organisation, registered under the Societies Registration Act in 1976, imparting comprehensive education and integrated village development works throughout Manigandam block in Tiruchirapalli District since 1976 and in the villages of Viralimalai block in Pudukottai District of Tamil Nadu since 2000 .

Our Achievements and Growth
Over the last 40 years Manigandam Panchayat Education and Village Development Society has been working in the villages for an integrated development of the village community by focusing on different groups like youth, women and children. Through these years there has been gradual changes taking place in the villages due to intervention programmes. These include changes in matters which may be seen trivial to some, like wearing neat clothes, to important matters like development of village leadership and income generation programmes.
